See the pictures down below from this workout. I was able to improve my flexibility and mobility back as well. I had my confidence back finally and man does it ever feel good. The workouts I am able to manage just fine by this post with zero amount of struggle.
I also had a chance to teach myself how to use Audacity and had a chance to create my very first podcast sharing my experiences with DDP Yoga. I personally believe repetition is key and that is why I am where I am today. So this weeks post doing the program was focusing on repetition and making sure that I kept myself on track with the program. I posted a video montage of myself doing the workout. Week three’s post I had the chance to repeat my workout that I have posted above. I ended up doing 3 workouts on disc one of DDP’s Yoga program. I started DDPY this weekend to finally ground myself. As for my workouts with DDP Yoga I focused on these workouts. But I learned no matter what is going on you have to push through no matter what. With all of this Covid going on and then losing someone close to you that is a mentor it was a big shot to the gut. Obviously I got back on track with my journey but this was something that hit me hard. When I found out he passed away I went to my comfort food breaking my streak of eating healthy. I coached at Thom and Adam brought me into that wrestling scene and gave me the opportunity to coach such amazing kids.
In the middle of being in a good head space and hitting my stride I ended up getting news that one of our head coaches for Thom Collegiate Adam Tondevold passed away. Week two’s post was another hard post to do as I was starting to get on track with DDP Yoga and also conquer my bad eating habits. I shared a video below in my post that I will share with you again that shows you the benefits of DDPY.
I also picked DDPY as DDP was a former pro wrestler and I am a huge fan of pro wrestling as well. DDPY has such a great program and it has changed lives world round. Obviously this was an introduction post and I was able to grow my journey in not just yoga but in day to day life. In my first ever post I gave you all an introduction to DDP Yoga and what my original goal was in order to meet it. After joining this class and doing this program I was able to take back my life and live it how I wanted to live it. I gained lots of weight making poor healthy decisions, Skip the Dishes was my new friend, and overall I was living a very unhealthy and unhappy life. I put myself in a very vulnerable situation as I really had to try to gain my confidence back when it came to working out again as this pandemic really discouraged me. First things first I cannot believe how much the time has flown by in my journey but I am truly grateful in sharing my experience with you all in this blog. Hi there and welcome to my blog where I will be closing the chapter of my DDPY learning experience.
